My first love is oil paint. At 9 I made my first oil painting and have been hooked ever since. Here are some of my paintings from the last few years. Much of my recent painting represents the relationship between memory and emotion. Merging places and landscapes from different times of my life to tell a non-linear story. Holographic symbols of the illusion of existence.
Ink, graphite and watercolor on paper. Thick, tactile watercolor paper, dirty-warn out sketchbooks containing blooms of pigment capture moments and visions. Some of my truest marks reside on the grain of cotton rag.
Creating tattoos with and for my clients is a huge honor that I’m deeply grateful for always. Over the years I’ve created art in many ways, but nothing compares to the personal connections that go beyond the art in tattooing. My focus is on illustrative, dreamy tattoos that flow with the contours of the body in color and black & grey.

Digital mediums such as Procreate and Photoshops began as minor tools in my creative process. While I still fancy myself a luddite at heart and will always err on the side of hand tools, digital has opened up new avenues of creativity for me. As with most mediums my goal is to stay true to the medium while imposing my creative vision and skill. Most of my digital work is done using Procreate, as it allows for some true mark making while offering the speed and efficiency of digital. No AI is used in any of my work, ever.
Onomo is an art project that encompasses my entire practice and draws from my life as a creative being. Currently I’m developing an epic narrative and building a visual world to accompany the drama. early in its formulation, here are some of the beings, creatures and places of my internal world.
